Whew! This sure is the biggest zucchini I’ve ever seen! And no steroids — really! Just ask Lance Armstrong! It measures in at about 14 inches long.
Sam was duly impressed, but not enough to want to try it. It is green after all, and it might be good for you. Gasp!
It’s almost as long as Louise the warrior kitty, minus the furry tail of course.
She looked a little perplexed by the big kahuna… At least she has it beat on the plumpness factor, paws-down.
There’s no need to wonder what we’ll be eating for days — roasted zucchini, zucchini bread, pureed zucchini snuck into spaghetti sauce (shhh!), etc. Any other ideas? I do draw the line at sprinkling zucchini on top of Cheerios.
