Move on over, Ryan Seacrest! There is a new show in town, Blogger Idol! Yee haw! Apparently it has been around for a while, three years in fact, but this is my first year of getting up the actual gumption to enter. Even though I’m not shy (at all) in person, I am pretty shy about my writing and “putting myself out there,” so to speak. But I’m doing it, I’m out there! Woo wee! You can’t win if you don’t enter, right? That’s what I keep telling myself anyway, and it is so very true.
The first step is they selected a Top 12. Sound familiar? Then there are weeks of voting — and eliminating – until here is a finalist in late December. Hey, I’ll give it a try, just don’t make me sing!
The contest closes tonight, and then they email you if you get selected for the Top 12.
